🌍 About AllFileBase.com and BitTorrent
What is AllFileBase.com?
AllFileBase.com is an official and fully legal file-sharing platform (BitTorrent tracker). Our goal is to provide a fast and secure infrastructure for distributing open-source software, freeware, Linux distributions, as well as public domain materials and author-approved content.
What is BitTorrent technology?
BitTorrent is one of the most efficient file-sharing systems in the world. Its main advantage is decentralization — files are downloaded not from a single central server, but in pieces from all users simultaneously. The more people download a file, the faster the download speed becomes.
What programs are needed to use the tracker?
You need to install a secure, modern, and ad-free BitTorrent client. We strongly recommend using open-source software:
  • qBittorrentOur main recommendation! Completely free, open-source, fast, and absolutely without ads.
  • Transmission — A very lightweight and simple alternative (especially popular among macOS and Linux users).
  • Deluge — Customizable program with plugin support.
  • PicoTorrent — An extremely lightweight and clean application for Windows users (Secure download from the official GitHub repository).
* We do not recommend using official uTorrent or BitTorrent clients as they may contain ads and bloatware.
What is file uploading (Seeding)?
When you finish downloading a file, your Torrent program continues to send ("seed") this file to other users. Since AllFileBase is based on community support, it is extremely important to "seed" files even after downloading them to help others get them.
🛡️ Account Security and Verification
What is Account Verification and the Blue Tick?
To ensure maximum reliability for software and file security, we offer an Account Verification system.

Users who have a blue tick next to their name are approved and verified by the administration. They are most commonly:
  • Administration members (Moderators, Administrators).
  • Original developers of the software or tools.
  • Official company representatives or content owners.
  • Highly trusted platform Uploaders whose files are regularly checked by virus scanners.
  • Verified VIP users.
How can I verify my account?
If you are a developer who wants to publish your software (or open-source project) on our platform, or if you are a long-term trusted user, you can contact the Administration. You will need to provide documents or links proving your identity and the right to distribute the specific content.

Note: Administration members and VIP users do not receive this badge automatically. It is granted only to those who have successfully passed the verification check. For most administration members, completing this verification is a mandatory requirement.
I forgot my password, how to restore it?
On the homepage under the login form, click on the "Forgot password?" link. You will need to enter your email address to which we will send a password reset link. Make sure to check your "Spam" folder as well!
📊 Rating (Ratio) and Downloading
What is a Rating (Ratio) and why is it important?
Rating (Ratio) is the ratio of your total uploaded data volume to the downloaded.

For example, if you downloaded 2 GB, but gave back (uploaded) 1 GB to others, your rating will be 0.50.
Our platform is based on mutual sharing. To keep the right to download new files, your rating must be at least 0.50. If it drops lower, you will receive a warning and your download rights may be blocked.
How can I improve my Rating?
There are several ways to maintain an excellent rating:
  • Do not delete files: After the download is complete, do not close the Torrent program and do not stop it. Let the files be sent to other users (seed).
  • Download requested files: Popular programs have many downloaders, so you will share (upload) the file back faster.
  • Become a Donor: By supporting platform server maintenance (in the shop), you can receive additional bonuses and a rating increase.
What network ports are recommended?
To get maximum speed and avoid Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocking, specify incoming connection ports in the range of 49152 to 65535 in your torrent client settings. Please do not use standard ports (e.g., 6881-6889) because many operators automatically reduce speed for them.
⚖️ Rules and Legal Content
What files can be uploaded to AllFileBase.com?
Since AllFileBase is an official and legal tracker, it is strictly forbidden to distribute pirated content (unlicensed movies, game crack files, stolen commercial programs).

Allowed content includes:
  • Open-source software and projects.
  • Free software (Freeware and Shareware).
  • Linux installation files (Ubuntu, Mint, Debian ISO, etc.).
  • Non-copyrighted or Public Domain materials.
  • Software creators' officially permitted demo / trial editions.
What to do if I find illegal content or a virus?
We take security very seriously. If you see an uploaded file that violates copyright or contains malware, please immediately use the "Report" button on the torrent description page. Our moderators will check it and delete the file.
How to become an Uploader?
If you are a developer or regularly follow new open-source software updates and want to publish them to our users, go to the "Uploader Application" section to submit an application. We are always happy for new collaborations!
